What are Phishing email and what should I do if I get one?
"Phishing is the act of attempting to acquire information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication."

If you receive an email asking for your password or other personal information, Do Not Respond, and instead, forward the email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Help Desk at 581 HELP (4357).
Remember: ITS will never ask you for your password via email.
