ITS utilizes student employees for several support issues. For issues that cannot be resolved at the student support level, a support incident will be created and assigned to a full-time employee.

Advanced Micro-Electronics (AME)
ITS utilizes the services of Advanced Microelectronics for hardware warranty work and advanced support on student owned computers. They are located in SSB 1041 from 8am-4pm, please call ahead to schedule service with them.
