Illinois Teacher of the Year an EIU graduate
Congratulations to Kevin Rutter
'97, a high school economics teacher in Chicago, who has been named the 2009-10 Illinois Teacher of the Year.Rutter is the fifth EIU graduate to receive the annual award. Three other EIU alumni were also among this year's finalists, proving that Eastern is a great place for future teachers to prepare for their careers.
