Technology Assistance

In order to provide technology support to our nontraditional students, Eastern Illinois University has technology professionals on staff to answer a variety of how-to questions, troubleshoot problems with internet connections, assist with obtaining student passwords, etc. Students may reach the ITS Help Desk by calling 217-581-4357 or email, itshelp@eiu.edu. An additional web resource, the Student Technology Guide, also offers computing tips, policies, Library technologies, software/applications and further assistance.
