    • Over the past 30 years I have done public speaking on numerous mental health topics, including depression, anxiety & panic disorders, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders (especially Borderline Personality Disorder), stress management/relaxation strategies, psychopharmacology and drug history, death & dying, near-death experiences and differing views on the afterlife, reincarnation, and past-life regression. I have also spoken on Advance Directives and have served on several health panel discussions. I am usually asked by at least one colleague per semester to address his or her class on various mental health issues, which I tend to do on a Q & A format I currently teach art workshops a few times a year on glass beadmaking, and have even done one on how to make prayer bracelets.
