Keys to Action Week

pbk logoEIU's Center for the Humanities, in partnership with the Phi Beta Kappa (PBK) Alumni Association of East Central Illinois, is proud to support the annual "Keys to Action" Week of the PBK Honors Society.

As the nation’s oldest and most widely known academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa’s founding on December 5, 1776 generates quite a bit of media attention every year. This year, we're helping to make their 239th anniversary really count. It's an action-packed week designed to celebrate and advocate excellence in the arts and sciences.

You can link to PBK's website by clicking here to discover the various things you can do to help push for greater recognition of the importance of the humanities, the arts, and the sciences!
