Eastern Illinois University invites applications for the Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources reports to the Vice President for Business Affairs and has primary responsibility for the administration and leadership of a comprehensive human resources program, including all phases of employment for civil service employees, ADA accommodations for all employees, and the benefits program for all employees.
