Repair
If, during the course of the year, you find something in your room or building that needs to be fixed, you can report the repair in the way which is most convenient for you.
Simply contact a staff member in your building and report the repair, or
Contact the hall secretary at your front desk, or
Go online to http://www.eiu.edu/housing/reshalls.php. Select the building you live in, then select the repair link on that page.
Once you have submitted the repair request a work order will be dispatched and every effort will be made to resolve the problem.
