HAPA: Historical Administration Program Association
Since 1975, over 360 people have graduated from the Historical Administration Program. An active and extensive alumni association, the Historical Administration Program Association, supports the program and the current students in numerous ways, including through financial support for the fall and spring study trips. The association publishes a quarterly newsletter, HAPpenings; sponsors a yearly symposium; and maintains a current directory of alumni.

Each spring, the alumni association sponsors a symposium on some aspect of current museum theories and practices. The symposium is open to the public, and offers an annual opportunity for alumni, faculty, and current HA students to reconnect.
