Klehm Hall Cold Water Outage:

DATE AND TIME:        Tuesday, February 3, 2015  7:00 a.m. – 12 Noon  (5 hours) 

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:    To repair water leak 

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:    No cold water for the rooms listed

Coleman Hall Hot Water Outage:

REQUESTED BY:          Aaron Kemper, Plumber Foreman 

 

BUILDINGS OR AREAS INVOLVED:     Coleman Hall – entire building 

 

DATE AND TIME:        Thursday, February 5, 2015 7:00 a.m. – 3 pm (8 hours) 

 

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:    To repair hot water heater 

 

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:    No hot water for the duration of the outage, the building will have cold water

Annual Spring Break Electrical Outage:

We are sending out the 2015 Spring Break Electrical notice now, to give everyone an early heads up for scheduling and planning purposes.  As it gets closer to March, additional reminder notices will be sent out.

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:  Fuel oil tank removal and lot replacement 

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Staff parking spaces will be reduced. Sidewalk adjacent to lot will be inaccessible.
