Coleman Hall Demolition Work:

DATE AND TIME:     Friday, December 19, 2014 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (7 hours)

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:  Concrete wall demolition in mechanical room to expose steam pipe that needs repaired

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: There will be construction noise and construction traffic in and out of Southwest entrance to Coleman.

Water Outage for Human Services:

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:  To repair a leak

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE: Replace valves on heating system

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:  Repair steam valves on basement air handler  

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: No heat or hot water

Annual Elevator Inspections:

REQUESTED BY:         Eric Wahls, Facilities Planning & Management

BUILDINGS OR AREAS INVOLVED:   All elevators on campus 

DATE AND TIME:       Starting Monday, December 22, 2014 and to be completed approximately by the beginning of Spring Semester.

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:  Annual elevator inspections 

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Elevators will be taken out of service for a short period of time during each inspection for approximately 1 – 3 hours per elevator.

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:  Fuel oil tank removal and lot replacement 

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Staff parking spaces will be reduced. Sidewalk adjacent to lot will be inaccessible.
