Old Main:

BUILDINGS OR AREAS INVOLVED:     Old Main – Cashier’s Office entrance & North entrance have regular door openers temporarily installed and the handicap operators have been removed. 

 

DATE AND TIME:        Tuesday, February 24, 2015 – Thursday, March 12, 2015 (approximately) 

 

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:    The handicap operators on these 2 entrances have been removed to be repaired. 

 

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:    The South entrance is handicap accessible and has a working handicap operator.

Restroom Work in Student Services:

REQUESTED BY:         Eric Wahls, Facilities Planning & Management 

BUILDINGS OR AREAS INVOLVED:    Student Services  

Starting Tuesday, February 24, 2015, the downstairs women’s restroom ill be temporarily be turned into a men’s restroom.  

Starting Wednesday, February 25, 2015, the men’s restroom will be shut down due to renovation work.                                                                                        

PURPOSE OF PROPOSED OUTAGE:    Minor renovations to restore functional urinals in men’s restroom.  This work should take approximately 3 weeks to complete. 

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:    The downstairs women’s restroom will temporarily be turned into a men’s restroom during renovation work.  There will be a women’s restroom available for use on the 3rd floor.

Annual Spring Break Electrical Outage:

We are sending out the 2015 Spring Break Electrical notice now, to give everyone an early heads up for scheduling and planning purposes.  As it gets closer to March, additional reminder notices will be sent out.

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS / SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Staff parking spaces will be reduced. Sidewalk adjacent to lot will be inaccessible.
