We strive to provide our degree candidates with a variety of academic and professional development opportunities to gain a competitive edge in the workforce. Examples of opportunities include graduate assistantships, internships, leadership in professional organizations at the local, state, and national levels, and membership/participation on campus boards/organizations/committees such as the Graduate Student Advisory Council.

If you want to get involved, we will help you make that happen!

We offer a student-friendly environment making a graduate education convenient for students from all walks of life. Perhaps family life or other obligations are deterrents from pursing a graduate degree; we offer a flexible schedule that provides viable options for everybody. Along with the Graduate Coordinator, we allow students to develop an individualized graduate program that fits their career aspirations!

Want to see the world while getting your graduate degree? Whether it's Italy, South Africa, the Netherlands, or across Asia, we have had students earn graduate credit abroad. Be sure to check out some of the Study Abroad programs available to FCS students.
