FCS 3784 Commercial Quantity Foods Production Presents “Pantera Restaurant”

FCS Commercial Quantity Food Production uses the theory-practice model allowing students to experience "real world" examples, and gives them hands-on experiences to develop the skills and knowledge they need when they enter the workplace. Pantera is a student-operated full-service restaurant which is part of the Commercial Quantity Food Production class (FCS 3784).

**** Due to the inflation of food costs, Pantera will be increasing its price

by $2.00 per person. The price will now be $12.00 per person.****

Every Tuesday students will offer a different themed menu.

PANTERA DOLLARS & GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE!!

We are  still offering 'Pantera Dollars' as we have in the past, but the price has increased. There will be two punch cards available, one for 10 meals and one for 5 meals. Normally it would cost $120.00 for 10 meals, however, if you buy a meal card, you will only pay $108.00 for 10 meals. The 5 meal card works the same way, instead of paying $60.00 for 5 meals you will only pay $54.00 for 5 meals. These will be available beginning October 4th.

Important NOTE:

You will still need to make reservations before attending. If you want the meal cards, you can order one when you call to make your reservation or you can let us know at the first dinner.
