Alternative Bachelor's in Childcare
Education

ATTENTION: CHILD CARE PROFESSIONALS
Are you ready to earn a bachelor's degree?

Here's the program designed just for you. If you have an Associate's Degree, you can earn your bachelor's degree in 5 semesters on the weekends and online at Eastern Illinois University! For details, please click here.

This program meets the qualifications of the Illinois Director's Credentialas an entitled program.

To Qualify:

You must be a non-traditional student with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) or Associate of Sciences (A.Ss) degree in early childhood education or related field. If you have an Associate of Applied Science degree you may be required to take additional coursework to meet general education requirements.


This program is offered as a cooperative effort between theSchool of Family and Consumer Sciences, the School of Adult and Continuing Education, and also selected community colleges.
