This is a workshop designed to introduce students to the art and craft of writing for film and theatre. Additionally, this class will read and discuss texts on the art of writing for performance.
Students are expected to write and revise a 20 – 30 page play and screenplay. Students will use principles learned to read and criticize their work in order to help each other during workshops. Regularly scheduled conferences with instructor will be required.
