A Williams Travel Award provides support for EIU graduate candidates who have papers or creative works accepted for presentation at regional, state, national or international conferences. Kalee Bengtson presented “Constructing Meaning with a Focus on Generating Inferences: A Working Model, Research Evidence and Practical Classroom Applications to Support the Differentiation of Comprehension Instruction” at the 57th Annual International Reading Association (IRA) Convention in Chicago, IL.
