Sabina L. McNutt and James L. McNutt, Sr. Education Scholarship
The recipient(s) of the Sabina L. McNutt and James L. McNutt, Sr. Education Scholarship must be a full-time graduate student, majoring in Elementary Education and accepted to Eastern Illinois University. Preference will be given to students pursuing a Master's Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Reading and the Certificate in Reading Instruction. The award recipient must maintain an overall minimum 3.3 GPA. Financial need is a primary consideration.
For the initial award year of 2011/2012, two awards of $500 shall be announced in the Spring and paid inthe Spring. For all years thereafter, the award(s) shall be announced in the Fall and paid in the Spring.
