WELCOME TO EIU FAMILY WEEKEND
The Board of Directors of the EIU Parents Club would like to welcome you to another fun-filled Family Weekend. The weekend begins Friday night with entertainment in the Grand Ballroom. For families who enjoy Bingo, the University Ballroom will be your destination.
Parents Club scholarship recipients will be honored at a reception on Friday evening. The recipients will also be announced and recognized at the concert on Saturday evening. Please join us, at the concert, and honor these devoted students for the accomplishments.
On Saturday morning, the Parents' Club will host a free continental breakfast in the Vending Lounge in the Union from 9 am - 11 am. Parents Club representatives will be in attendance to answer questions about Parents' Club. The EIU Football game kick-off is set for 1:30 pm. Wear your EIU blue and join other families as they cheer the Panthers on to victory. To end the weekend activities, enjoy a concert with TBD Saturday Night at Lantz Arena.
Parents' Club has been a fulfilling and great way to give back to this wonderful university. We have many goals and projects to help enrich the student and family experience. Parents Club awards scholarships, assists with move-in day and offers monetary support to various student clubs at the university.
