Label Diskettes with the following information: You also have the option of emailing your list to: bulkmail@eiu.edu but please include the following in your email message.

Account Number
Number of Addresses Submitted for Mailing
File Type
Contact person, phone #, & e-mail

Please use the following file types:

Microsoft Excel
Text (tab delimited)
Comma Delimited (CVS)

Disk or list must contain only the files necessary for your mailing. Please remove any other files.

Please submit the following to Campus Mail Services:
