Stevenson Tower Dining Center offers R.O. (Reservation Only) Dining Thursday – Sunday nights. R.O. seats you and serves you as if you were in a restaurant setting. R.O. offers steak grilled to order along with other upscale choices served with soup or salad and a gourmet dessert.
