Marketplace Convenience Centers

The Marketplace Convenience Centers are another option for Panther Dining patrons. Beverages, snack foods, single-serving entrees and basic needs are a few of the things offered at the Marketplace. We welcome your comments and suggestions regarding Marketplace selections.

The Carman and Thomas Marketplaces also offer some items from local retailers.  Bill Skeens is an EIU alum that started his food career while attending Eastern.  The Marketplace Convenience Centers and the University Food Court offer items from his company, Prairie City Bakery.
