The ISHA Program Committee announces the Call for Presentations for the 54th annual convention on February 6-8, 2014
DEADLINE FOR 15-MINUTE TALK SUBMISSIONS- June 1, 2013
DEADLINE FOR POSTER SUBMISSIONS- September 1, 2013

Proposals (talks or posters) must be submitted by June 1 in order to be considered for a SIRCA Award. Any proposals received after this date will not be considered. Proposals that wish to be considered for an award must be completed at the time of submission and require a longer written summary than traditional ISHA submissions.

All SIRCA submissions are peer reviewed and acceptance for presentation at the ISHA convention suggests that the work is of the highest caliber. Students and faculty mentors will be notified regarding acceptance of proposals between Sept 1st and Sept 15th.

All SIRCA presenters must be current Student Members of ISHA at the time they register for the convention. Submission of a proposal is a commitment by the student to be a registered convention participant if their proposal is accepted. Student presenters of accepted SIRCA Sessions receive complimentary registration to attend the ISHA Convention.

Following submission of this form, all student presenters and faculty mentors will receive an email with a link to complete a CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE FORM. The submission process is not complete until each student/faculty member has submitted a disclosure form for this proposal.

PLEASE COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION BELOW INDICATED WITH A RED STAR. ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION APPEARS ON SOME ITEMS TO THE RIGHT WHEN CURSOR IS PLACED IN/OVER REQUIRED FIELDS.
