Dustin White is a Web Specialist III in the CATS Web Office. He is a 2006 graduate of Eastern Illinois University; he earned a bachelor's degree in journalism. Prior to joining the Web Office, Dustin served as the sports reporter for the Effingham (Ill.) Daily News.
At CATS, Dustin's primary responsibility is to work with academic departments and other campus units to effectively develop and maintain their Web presences. He also serves as webmaster for WEIU, providing advanced-level support and maintenance of its website. If necessary, Dustin provides written content for EIU websites, upgrading existing online content or developing new material. He also maintains Eastern's online calendar and the president's blog along with many other Web-related tasks.
