The guest speaker will be Andrew Phipps, the new owner of Ike's Establishment; he completed his undergraduate degree at EIU and is currently a graduate student here at EIU.Phipps recently purchased Ike's and in just a short time, he has transformed the business. He will be discussing how he did so relying heavily on his marketing effort.
