Please join us as we travel to Italy over winter break! 

We will leave Illinois on Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, and return on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, allowing us to bring in the New Year in Italy! We will tour the historic sites, learn to cook (and then eat) the delicious food, travel to other countries in the area, such as Paris or Rome, visit a Vineyard and wine cellars, learn about gaining health through the Mediterranean way, and enjoy the experience of life in Italy.

There will be an informational meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, at 3 p.m. in Klehm Hall, Room 2321, where we will discuss the details of the trip.  If the date and time don’t work with your schedule, please send us an email to cshonselman@eiu.edu or kjkennedyhagan@eiu.edu so we can arrange a meeting time with you.
