A Futuristic Look Through Ancient Lenses: A Symposium on Ancient Greece will be presented at EIU Oct. 3-Nov. 7. On Nov. 7, the following lectures are planned:

• Dr. Corey Francis will present Homer, Bach and Mozart: The Influence of Ancient Greek Culture on Music of the Baroque and Classical Eras at 11 a.m.
• Dr. Steven Daniels will present Eureka! at noon.

Both lectures will be in Witters Conference Room 4440 at Booth Library.
