Chair Simpson called the meeting to order at 8:58 p.m.
Chair Simpson explained that the proposed renumbering/renaming of courses is necessary due to the new Federal Regulations pertaining to Financial Aid that went into effect July 1, 2011. They stipulate that a student may receive financial aid only TWICE for a course (unless they fail the course, in which case the attempt does not count). A spread sheet containing all proposed changes for our College was distributed.
The changes were approved unanimously.
