Chair Sterling called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m.
I. Minutes
On the motion of Coromina and second of Swords, the minutes of 03/09/11 were approved with one abstention.
II. By-Law revisions
Committee members discussed by-law revisions. Motion made (Sterling) and seconded (Wolski) to send proposed revisions to all tenured/tenure track members of the departments of the College of Arts & Humanities as specified by current bylaws. Item approved (7-1).
Meeting adjourned by acclamation at 3:53 p.m.
