
Lumpkin
Hall, named in honor of R. A. Lumpkin, was dedicated in November 1990.
The building, with wireless capability, has seven tiered case study rooms,
one collaborative classroom, one telecommunication lab, a 200-seat auditorium,
and four open computer labs with 135 computers.
Lumpkin Hall
is home to the Lumpkin College of Business and Applied Sciences and the
School of Business.
In the School
of Business there are 1500 business majors earning undergraduate degrees
in Accountancy, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Management, and
Marketing. In the School of Business Master of Business Administration
program, there are 195 active graduate students earning a general MBA
degree or an MBA with a Concentration in Accountancy.
