The Office of the Registrar provides verification of academic information for the following purposes:
- Loan Deferments
- Good Student Discounts
- Health Insurance
- Scholarships
- Other
Verifications may be requested by:
- Going to www.degreechk.com and requesting a verification over the web.
- Bringing or mailing the form(s), provided by the entity, requesting the verification into the Office of the Registrar, Rm 1220, Old Main.
- Coming to the Office of the Registrar and completing the Verification Request Form.
- Printing the Verification Request Form.
- Complete, sign and mail it to:
