And retiring President Lou Hencken expects to welcome his successor accordingly. Earlier in the school year, Hencken announced plans to replace the large wall of windows located in the bridge walkway of the MLK Jr. Union with more energy-efficient ones. And because the wall of windows overlooks “beautiful Booth Library, and a work of art – our newest signature building, the Doudna Fine Arts Center,” it occurred to him, Hencken said, that the new window itself could be a work of art.
