Refunds for a pre-payment of 2 nights that becomes a one night stay due to not qualifying must be done by 4pm on Friday in order to get a one night refund.  To get a refund please go to the Residence Hall Front Desk by 4pm to turn in a slip to request a refund.  Refund checks will then be mailed to the address provided.

1. Check-in begins for teams at 12:00 NOON at Taylor Hall on the Thursday prior to the beginning of the meets for participants. Once you check in, you will be given your assignment. For the 2008 meets athletes and coaches will be assigned to Taylor, Thomas, Andrews, Ford, McKinney, Lincoln, Carman and Weller Halls. Campus Map

2. Check-in begins at 12:00 NOON at Stevenson Hall for news media, officials and spectators the Thursday prior to the beginning of the meets for participants. Once you check in, you will be given your assignment. For the 2008 meets news media and officials will be assigned to Stevenson Hall. Spectators will be assigned to Stevenson and University Court Apartments. Campus Map

3. Check-out is one hour after the conclusion of finals on Saturday.

4. Please note: Due to renovations we will not be assigning Douglas Hall or Lawson Hall.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Eastern Illinois University can be accessed through exit 190A on Interstate 57. From I-57, follow Route 16 east for approximately 7 miles. Route 16 becomes Lincoln Avenue when you reach Charleston.

• Athletes and their coaches check in at Taylor Hall.
• To get to Taylor Hall, from Lincoln Avenue, turn south on 4th street, go to the first stop sign and proceed south approximately 2 blocks. Taylor Hall will be the fifth building on your left after the stop sign. Parking is available in all surrounding lots, no permit required. If you have further questions, please call (217)581-3333.
• News Media/Officials/and Spectators check in at Stevenson Hall.
• To get to Stevenson Hall, from Lincoln Avenue, turn south on 4th street, go to the first stop sign and turn right onto Grant street. Stevenson Hall is the high rise building to your immediate left.
