2008 Schedule

The Leading Edge strengthens supervisory skills by exploring key management concepts, sharpening communication and leadership abilities, and applying public sector experience and knowledge to University-specific situations. It is a year around program presented through the Human Resources Office. To receive The Leading Edge certificate, you must complete the mandatory modules as well as three of the optional modules listed below. Click on the workshop to view a brief description.

Classes will be conducted from approximately 8:00 A.M. till 12:00. Completion of the certificate should prove to be a benefit to both the supervisor and the employees supervised as well as the Department.

This schedule will be reviewed during the first module and may be modified, depending on the schedules of the employees attending the classes. Please check the Calendar of Events for the latest class schedule and locations.
