Dr. Voss-Hubbard is currently finishing up work on Illinois War: The Civil War through Documents, (Ohio University, forthcoming, 2009)

Dr Voss-Hubbard's all-time favorite music, in no particular order: The Pixies, Jurassic 5, Miles Davis, Dr. John, The Roots, Tribe Called Quest, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Hendrix, Ramones, Sex Pistols,Velvet Underground, Little Feat, Aerosmith (first 4 albums only), UB40 (early roots stuff, not the later pop-cover bullshit), English Beat, and Bob Marley.
