I gained my Bachelors Degree from EIU in 1995, and began my career at Eastern in 1998 as a Computer Support Specialist in the School of Business. In 2000 I began working in the Office of Financial Aid as a Network Support Specialist and became Assistant Director in January, 2003.

I am responsible for making sure all our systems are compliant with current regulations and operational and that staff are trained properly on those systems to ensure that students receive financial aid in a timely manner.
