EISE is a major technology project for Eastern and will replace all of the University's major information systems with vendor supplied software.

The project will encourage a refocusing of administrative functions across the University that reflect and support the institution's strategic directions including a student-centric service model.

The project should facilitate improved efficiencies across the campus thus creating reduced process and service cycle times.

The University will learn and apply business practice expertise from SCT and hundreds of other institutions of higher education.
