Outstanding Faculty Award for the College of Sciences

The College of Sciences Student Advisory Board (COS-SAB) recognizes an outstanding faculty member from the College of Sciences each year. The award recipient is honored at the annual ScienceFest event by the nominating student or COS-SAB member.

To submit a nomination:

1.) Answer the 4 short answer questions

2.) Write an optional essay

3.) Provide cover page with contact information (name, e-mail, and number)

4.) Deliver the completed nomination to the College of Science Office (2118 Old Main)

Nominations are due Friday, February 29, 2008. Electronic applications can be obtained from the COS-SAB website at http://www.eiu.edu/~colsci/sabcos/sab.php. It is recommended that applications be typed; however, written applications are accepted. If you choose to type this nomination, please limit your response to 4 pages double-spaced.

The Outstanding Faculty Award recipient will be selected by the College of Sciences Student Advisory Board and awarded at ScienceFest on March 29, 2008.
