Career Services knows that career development is a lifelong, ongoing process that does not end when you graduate. As an alumnus, you are welcome to utilize the resources available through Career Services. Whether it is to continue a job search, start a new one or just looking for advice, Career Services is here to support you through your career transition. 
All EIU graduates with a Panther Recruiting account upon graduation will remain active until August 31 of the academic year of graduation (Ex. Graduation Date: Dec 2006 - active until Aug 2007). Any EIU graduate who does not have a Panther Recruiting account upon graduation may register at any time for this annual service. Features of Panther Recruiting include:
- Search thousands of job listings
- Post your resume online for resume referral and job applications
- Research career and industry information
- Schedule on-campus interviews
- Establish a self-managed credential file
All of our job search services are available to EIU alumni throughout the year. Alumni are welcome and encouraged to schedule appointments with our Career Advisors for job search assistance.
EIU Alumni are also welcome to attend our Career Fairs and Workshops. Some of the career fairs will charge a small registration fee at the door.
Many employers visit EIU every semester seeking not only current graduates but alumni as well to fill full time, entry level job opportunities. Review the list of upcoming interviews. An active Panther Recruiting account is required to schedule interviews.
