Dr. Charles C. Colbert is Vice Chancellor for Administration and Human Resources at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Colbert was Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at Eastern Illinois University from 1988 to 1991 and Vice President for Business Affairs at EIU from 1991 to 1994.
